We’re a passionate team of experts who are happy to answer any questions you might have.
Can Lougher organise framing?
Absolutely, we'd be happy to. We’re here to make sure your framing needs are met, whatever they may be. We can take care of everything for you, or if you prefer, we can introduce you to our framing partners to discuss your preferences and specifications, while we handle all the logistics. Either way, we’ll make the process seamless for you from start to finish. Speak with a member of the sales team for more information if you’re interested.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All artworks are professionally packed to the highest standards by trained gallery professionals or our experienced logistics partners. We work in partnership with DHL, Pack & Send and Flight Logistics to offer the highest standard of service, offering both speed and efficiency as well as quality.
How much does shipping cost?
If you are purchasing a framed artwork, a high-value piece (£5,000 or more), or an artwork sold on consignment from one of our clients, we offer different levels of service tailored to both you and your
artwork's needs.
Please contact us to confirm the destination address and our sales team will provide a competitive quote for professional packing and insured transit. Please note that buyers are responsible for any applicable import taxes and/or duty.
Are my artworks insured during transit?
If we arrange the shipping (which is typically the case when buying from us), we insure all artworks for their full value. We kindly ask you to notify us straight away in the event of damage or loss in transit.

“I have both bought and consigned with Lougher since last year. Always had a very positive experience dealing with all staff at the gallery in both advice on pricing, demand for works, and the consignment process. They are always able to turn things round quickly if required and are super responsive to any queries. I would highly recommend either buying or consigning with Lougher.”
