H12 The Beautiful Paintings

The Beautiful Paintings, H12, is a series of unique-variant prints by Damien Hirst, published by HENI in 2023. The images draw on the spin paintings Hirst has made since the 1990s, and each work has its own long title beginning 'Beautiful', such as Beautiful, Very Gallant But Heart-Soothing, Brave And Selfless Comet Painting.

Each print is a giclée on poly-cotton artist canvas mounted on a birch plywood stretcher, signed on the front. Every work is a unique variant, so no two are the same. The works come in round and square formats; ours range from H12-3 (Medium) at 40 cm in diameter to H12-1 and H12-5 (X-Large) at 100 cm. Lougher currently has works from H12-1, H12-2, H12-3, H12-5 and H12-6.
